I visited this hotel last Saturday and had a very smooth and pleasant stay. At check-in, I asked to extend my stay for one more day, and the manager helped me quickly and confirmed the same room without any trouble. This made my trip very comfortable, especially as I was travelling with my child. The staff was polite and supportive throughout. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and I enjoyed starting my day with it. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing experience
Excellent place and value for the money paid. Rooms were very clean and neet. Food was tasty and worth . Travel desk responded on a very prompt manner. Staffs were very accommodating and the manager Rajesh was polite. Must visit
Hotel is ideally located near to bus stand main market area botanical garden ect.A very clean well metained hotel.Service is excellent from checkin .Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful nature.Room spacious clean with round the clock hot water facility.Hotel is having attached separate veg ang non veg restaurant.Good complementary breakfast is served even for extra occupant.Overall very pleasant stay for three days. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Silver Oak. The rooms were very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The entire hotel atmosphere was comfortable and hygienic, which made our stay very relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Shankar (Receptionist) for his professional and polite manner. He was very welcoming, helpful, and handled everything efficiently. His customer service was excellent and truly appreciated. He made the check-in and overall experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with professional staff.
