What you are agreeing to when you ask allto to plan a trip, and what happens to the money.

What allto does

allto is an agent. You tell us what the trip is for, we research the stays we hold against your dates, and we come back with a link: the few worth your time, the case for each, and what we ruled out. If you pick one we go to the property, confirm the room and the rate, and send you a quote. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you approve that quote.

The room is the hotel's and the contract for your stay is with the hotel. We arrange it, hold the money until the property has confirmed, and are the people you write to when something needs changing.

A rate on this site is not an offer

Every price you see while browsing is the last rate we saw for that room — in rupees, taxes included, no booking fee. It is real and it is recent, and it is not a price we can hold: rates move, and the only number that binds anyone is the one on a quote we have confirmed with the property. That is the whole reason this site asks rather than sells, and why a quote says how long it is good for.

What is not in a quote is anything you pay at the property — a tourist levy, a breakage deposit, dinner you did not book — and the quote says which of those apply.

Cancellation

Each rate carries its own cancellation terms, written in words rather than in a table, on the quote you approve. A refundable rate is free to cancel until the date shown; after that one night is charged. A non-refundable rate is what its name says, and it is never the rate we pick for you by default — if the only rate we can get is non-refundable, the quote says so before you approve it.

To change or cancel, write to hello@allto.in with your reference. Refunds go back the way they came, usually within five working days.

What we write

The reason to go, the watch-out and the room we would take are ours, and they are opinions. Travel times, fares and weather are estimates worked out from your home city, not quotes. Guest scores and reviews come from the property's own listing and from Google, are shown as they were written, and are never edited. Where we do not have something we say so rather than filling it in. Nothing on allto is sponsored and no property can pay to rank higher.

Your request

A trip link carries the request it was built from, including your name and email, which is why those pages are not indexed and should be treated like any other link somebody sent you. What we keep and for how long is in the privacy notice.

Getting it wrong

If a price or a description is plainly wrong we will tell you before anything is confirmed, and you can walk away. If a rate moves between the quote and the confirmation, you approve the new one or you do not — we will not quietly charge the difference. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here affects your rights under Indian consumer law.
