What guests said.

To start of with, check in took too long.. no real concern or interest shown by staff in the lobby or reception staff in hotel. No apologies for making us wait. Looks like the hotel is in a cost saving mode.. the room provided was very basic for the price point. The bathroom is super tiny, no tissue box available in the room, no hand towels or face towels available, no body wash provided. The common areas like the corridor and the lifts were covered in dust. The A la carte menu in the Restaurant had exuberant prices. Buffet breakfast was too crowded and only a half a dozen dishes available and the quality of the food was below par. Overall it was a bad experience and we won't be returning to this hotel.
Food requires an urgent upgrade along with the crockeries. It is not befitting of of 5- star hotel. I stayed Valley View Premier room. The view was fabulous but washroom is unbelievably small. It is nearly impossible for a person to even stand properly in the bathing area. The hotel management must take some decisive step regarding this anomaly.
We stayed in the Family Room 2 Bedroom Suites. The rooms are spacious and have nice view of the valley, atleast the ones on the right hand side of their basement floors. But, there were a lot of quality issues in the stay here. The rooms and floors are confusing in their naming. The cleanliness, fittings and amenities of the rooms need upgrade. The bathroom taps and showers dont toggle easily and seamlessly, even if you toggle the flow of water to the tap, the hand shower keeps on going. The master bedroom bathroom was good in terms of fittings and space, but the common bathroom in other room had issues. The bathroom shower and body gel dispenser and the shower gel both were cheap looking. The rooms had heater, but only one of them was working. The wash basin in both bathroom did not had hot water coming in consistently. The staff also felt less warm and attentive. We asked for cleaning after in-room dining but the staff came and just picked the utensils and declined to clean up the table a little bit which was okay but didnt even ask another cleaning staff to come clean up. The family suites close to the play area was noisy until 9 pm because people and kids might be playing all day in there. For most of the activities in the play room, we had to pay extra for the activities and even then the playing things like snake and ladder board or air hockey or cricket balls can be well maintained. The breakfast spread was there but the quality and quantity can be seriously upgraded. Simple things like fruits are not well served in the name of live stations. We went for breakfast at 7 am, and there is no fruits and no one to cut fruits. Even simple things like Chutneys were bad - never had such liquid/diluted coconut Chutney or too much oily coriander coconut Chutney ever. Masala tea station was taking too long to serve masala tea to people and yet an average tea. The staff while walking hardly smiled. Reception always had 3 to 5 people but when you ask them questions, they weren't warm, cordial or interested in helping. Felt like they were doing their duty as needed, but not sense of pride and happiness. Overall, we did not have any major issues, the weather, spacious rooms and the view was good something that helped overcome all other nuances. The hotel has lot of potential , the location is great, but in need of upgrade in service and rooms for giving a 5 star experience. For a 3 star experience, the hotel is fine.
Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel completely at home. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made our stay truly memorable. Definitely deserving of 5 stars! Special mention to the front desk staff for being so kind & always ready to help with a smile!! The restaurant ambience is really attractive and chef staff have really put an effort to make the food delicious for all age. Special thanks to the house keeping-Mr.K Siva & team for their amazing hospitality and caring attitude — they really went the extra mile!! Definitely a recommndable vacation spot for family..
